- **Product Knowledge:** Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Coca-Cola products and services to effectively assist clients and promote offerings that meet their needs.
- **Documentation:** Accurately document all client interactions in our CRM system, ensuring that all information is current and comprehensive.
- **Collaboration:** Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and operations to enhance the client experience and improve service delivery.
- **Feedback Collection:** Gather client feedback and identify trends, providing insights to help improve service quality and client engagement strategies.
- **Training and Onboarding:** Assist in onboarding new clients by providing them with essential information and resources to ensure a smooth transition.
- **Performance Metrics:** Meet or exceed established performance metrics for response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores.
- **Continuous Improvement:** Stay updated on product changes and industry trends, recommending improvements to policies and procedures to enhance service quality. ? *Requirements:**
- **Experience:** A minimum of 4 years of experience in a client support or customer service role, preferably in a similar industry.
- **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software. Familiarity with remote work tools and technology.
- **Personality Traits:** Energetic and hardworking, demonstrating a strong commitment to team success and client satisfaction.
