  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite


Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely and effective resolution of client issues and inquiries

  • Develop and implement client support strategies and best practices

  • Monitor and report on team performance and client satisfaction metrics

  • Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience
