Requirements



  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate? or Bachelor? degree preferred

  • Proven experience in customer service or a client-facing role

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends


Responsibilities



  • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner

  • Resolve client issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction

  • Stay up-to-date with Amazon? products, services, and policies

Educational Qualifications


High school diploma or equivalent is required. An Associate? or Bachelor? degree is preferred.


Experience


A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or client-facing role is preferred.
