Description


Amazon Inc. is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Client Care Technician to join our dynamic team in Washington. As a Client Care Technician, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support. This role requires outstanding communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a client-first mindset.


Requirements



  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Proficiency in basic computer applications

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus


Responsibilities



  • Provide front-line support to clients via phone, email, and chat

  • Resolve client inquiries promptly and efficiently

  • Document client interactions and maintain accurate records

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction

  • Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments

  • Follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met

Educational Qualifications
