Responsibilities: 1. Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via chat support. 2. Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. 3. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Document customer interactions and feedback for analysis and improvement purposes. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements: 1. Strong project management skills to effectively prioritize and manage multiple customer inquiries. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey information clearly and professionally. 3. Ability to work independently and autonomously in a remote work environment. 4. Must be passionate about providing exceptional customer service and solving problems. 5. Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
