Job Summary:

Verizon Communications Inc. is currently seeking a Part-Time Call Center Specialist in Plano who will play a pivotal role in our customer service operations. This position is part-time, offering under 4 hours of work daily. We provide competitive hourly rates, and you’ll benefit from Health and Dental coverage, Paid Training, and Paid Vacations.

Description:

As a Call Center Specialist, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer service calls, resolving customer inquiries, and maintaining a culture of excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

– Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers

– Resolve customer issues and inquiries promptly and accurately

– Maintain a high level of professionalism with customers and work to establish a positive rapport with every caller

– Update customer information in the system during and after each call

– Work with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies

– Effectively manage large amounts of incoming calls

Requirements:

– High School diploma or equivalent

– Prior call center experience (preferred)

– Excellent verbal and written communication skills

– Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively

– Detail-oriented and analytical skills

– Proficiency with computers and comfortable learning new software
