What is Required (Qualifications):
• Must reside within 90 miles of specified locations: SLC, St. George, Cedar City, Ogden, or Logan
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Outstanding communication skills and a passion for serving others
• Experience in customer service, problem-solving, and educating customers on products/services
• Proficiency in navigating various computer software and strong keyboarding skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Knowledge of banking and financial services
• Previous experience in a customer service role
• Bilingual in Spanish, with the ability to pass a Spanish language assessment
• Willingness to learn continuously and contribute positively to workplace culture
• Experience with remote work environments
