? Escalate member/provider concerns and servicing issues as necessary
What Is Required (Qualifications)
? High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree or advanced education desirable
? Minimum of 2 years of professional work experience in a customer-facing inbound call center setting
? Strong multitasking abilities with proficient typing skills
? High proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and system data entry
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Experience in a health care services environment
? Familiarity with health insurance products and services
? Previous experience in a role focused on customer service excellence
