Responsibilities
? Handle incoming calls, emails, and live chat inquiries from customers promptly and professionally.
? Provide accurate information regarding our services, including pricing, availability, and project status.
? Assist customers in troubleshooting issues and answering questions to ensure satisfaction.
? Document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system.
? Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex inquiries and improve service delivery.
? Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved.
? Contribute to the development of customer service procedures and policies.

Requirements
? High school diploma or equivalent; further education in customer service or telecommunications is a plus.
? Previous experience in customer service or call center environment preferred.
