• Accurately document customer interactions and feedback in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
• Monitor and report common customer issues, trends, and feedback to assist management in improvement efforts.

• **Performance and Compliance:**
• Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs), such as response times, customer satisfaction ratings, and resolution rates.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations to ensure a safe and respectful work environment.

• **Continuous Improvement:**
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance product knowledge and service skills.
• Provide suggestions for process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

### Requirements:

• **Experience:**
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center environment preferred.

• **Skills:**
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software; ability to learn new technologies and systems quickly.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey information effectively.
