- **Training Participation:** Engage in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to stay current with product offerings, services, and industry trends.
- **Continuous Improvement:** Actively participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. ? *Requirements:**
- **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
- **Experience:** Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or call center environment.
