Architect System Design Solution Engineer

POSITION OVERVIEW

dormakaba is seeking an Architect System Design Solution Engineer (Remote). The Architect System Design Solution Engineer is responsible overseeing and working closely with customer or partners to integrate our systems, services, and solutions within our hospitality market. Developing technical documentation, system design, integration schematics and product configuration during deployment implementation.

HIRING SALARY RANGE: Base Salary $110,000 - $115,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) WHAT YOU WILL DO
? Participate in pre-sales system design, integration or configuration based on customers technology stack or solution implementation
? Working alongside internal team members to ensure installation, integration, system... implementation, and deployment are successfully deployed
? Responsible for developing system typology scheme, work closely with 3rd party integrators, and develop/document every complex deployment based on customers technology stack
? Support enterprise and strategic account on system requirements, integration, and upgrade of technology stack within their dormakaba product landscape
? Train CX teams on understanding complex system implementation, ongoing troubleshooting support and developing best practices, solution, and resolution

WHAT WE REQUIRE
? 5+years of experience in successfully developing strategic system architecture design and system deployments
? 5+years of experience on working with 3rd party partners on API integration, developing schematics and designing system solution based on technology stack
? Project Management and Technology Certification
? Ability to travel 40%
