Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide excellent service
  • Answer inquiries about product details, pricing, and availability
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Perform accurate data entry across multiple platforms

Qualifications:

  • Must be 18+ years old
  • Pass a skill assessment and background check
  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong multi-tasking, organization, and time management skills
  • Access to a computer, stable internet connection, and a quiet workspace
  • Headset or headphones with a microphone attachment

Note:

This is a 1099 independent contractor position. Onboarding will guide you through the role, but approval for the role is contingent upon passing the skill assessment and background check.

Once approved, you?ll choose a client, undergo their specific training, and start earning on a flexible schedule you design. We're here Monday-Friday, 9 am-5 pm CT, for any assistance you need.
