### Requirements


1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


2. Strong understanding of Apple products and software.


3. Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively.


4. High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in customer service or a technical field preferred.


5. Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.


6. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.


7. Technical aptitude with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
