### Description:

As a Cabin Crew Member, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional service experience to our passengers. Daily duties include pre-flight briefings, safety demonstrations, on-board service delivery, and post-flight duties. Working as part of a dedicated team, you will ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards set by both American Airlines and federal aviation authorities.

### Responsibilities:

– Attend and participate in pre-flight briefings and planning sessions.

– Conduct pre-flight cabin checks and ensure all safety equipment is available and functioning.

– Demonstrate emergency and safety procedures such as the use of oxygen masks, seat belts, and life jackets.

– Welcome passengers aboard and assist with hand luggage stowage.

– Serve meals and refreshments and sell duty-free goods.

– Provide special attention to passengers with special needs, and unaccompanied children.

– Handle emergencies and unforeseen situations effectively.

– Ensure compliance with all aviation rules and regulations.

– Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the cabin.

### Requirements:

– Minimum age of 18.

– High school diploma or equivalent.

– Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

– Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

– Physical fitness; capable of lifting luggage and standing for long periods.

– Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

– Capable of wearing the airline uniform and adhering to grooming standards.

### Educational Qualifications:

– High school diploma or GED required.

– Further certifications in hospitality, safety, or first aid are advantageous but not mandatory.
