About The Role We?re searching for an Advertising Manger, who will take the lead in shaping and executing on strategies that efficiently grow our clients? business through search advertising. This role will work closely with internal and external team members to understand business dynamics and focus areas for growth, then build out and optimize advanced campaigns to achieve these goals. Candidates for this role should have strong experience building search strategies and managing campaigns on Amazon and other online retailers/marketplaces. They should also have excellent attention to detail and analytical abilities. We?re looking for someone who: ? Loves ambiguity and is a strong problem solver ? Spends our clients? money like it?s their own ? Can figure things out on the fly ? Is a data nerd ? Stops at nothing once they have their mind set on achieving a goal ? Has an opinion and sticks with it while listening to other positions ? Can get along with others easily ? Has interests outside of work ? Possesses an ability to laugh at themselves Primary Responsibilities: ? Establish and track KPIs/budgets for clients ? Partner with internal and external counterparts to develop advertising strategy ? Perform keyword and competitive research to identify the best targeting options to exploit efficient growth ? Design, deploy, and manage complex sponsored ad strategies across multiple marketplaces (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display) ? Dominate the competition and drive growth above and beyond our clients? expectations ? Stay up-to-date with different marketplaces latest changes and updates to the platform to ensure the brands that you manage are using latest best practices and approaches Required Skills: ? 1-3 years of Amazon PPC management ? 1 years experience with Amazon PPC software ? 1 years experience with Amazon DSP ? Ability to quickly analyze and synthesize data to understand trends and find opportunities ? Self-starter with entrepreneurial mindset ? Operate consistently with meticulous attention to detail ? Hold themselves and others to the highest standards ? Ability to execute in a time-sensitive environment ? Strong written and oral communication ? Advanced Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook) Location: Remote - must be located in the USA ?
