After-hours On Call Coordinator

Phoenix Home Care and Hospice is adding an After-Hours On Call Coordinator to our St. Louis, Mo Team!

Job Duties:
? 5pm-8am Monday through Friday and 24 hours Saturday and Sunday.
? Represent Phoenix Home Care and the After-hours On Call department in a professional and courteous manner at all times.
? Develop and maintains relationships with clients by providing high quality customer service.
? Responsible for all communication with clients and staff after normal office hours on weekdays, weekends, or observed holidays.
? Respond to all after hours worker injury calls and refers employee to appropriate medical facility for treatment.
? Must work well in fast paced environment and adapt quickly to changing conditions
? Oversee all field staff and re-staff as necessary... when the main office is closed
? Be available to take calls as directed by the Manager

Requirements
? Prior scheduling experience preferred
? Multi-tasker
? Great phone etiquette
? Must be organized
? Must be at least 18 years of age.
? Education/Licensure: High school diploma or equivalent.
? Will train the right candidate!
