As the Online Client Service Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing client satisfaction and engagement through effective communication and problem-solving.

### **Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Client Support:** Provide top-tier online support to clients via email, chat, and social media, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • **Communication:** Clearly articulate information to clients regarding Aetna's products, services, and policies to ensure understanding and satisfaction.
  • **Problem Solving:** Identify and analyze client concerns to develop effective solutions, ensuring a seamless experience for all customers.
  • **Account Management:** Assist clients with account setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting, ensuring accurate and timely completion of requests.
  • **Feedback Collection:** Gather client feedback and insights to propose innovative solutions for service enhancement and improvement.
  • **Collaboration:** Work closely with internal departments (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Compliance) to relay client issues and collaborate on effective solutions.
  • **Reporting:** Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions using our customer relationship management (CRM) system, contributing to metrics reporting and performance evaluation.
  • **Training & Development:** Participate in ongoing training sessions to keep abreast of product updates and industry trends, sharing knowledge and insights with team members.
  • **Presentation Skills:** Develop presentations for client-facing meetings or webinars to introduce new services, enhancements, and other relevant topics.
  • **Policy Adherence:** Ensure all client interactions comply with company policies and industry regulations, maintaining high standards of confidentiality and data protection.

### **Requirements:**

  • **Education:** Bachelor?s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience.
  • **Experience:** Minimum of 3 years in customer service, client relations, or a similar role, preferably within the healthcare or insurance industry.
  • **Personality Traits:**
  • **Confident:** Ability to engage clients effectively and handle challenging situations with poise.
  • **Motivated:** Driven to achieve results and provide outstanding service, while continuously striving to improve personal and team performance.
  • **Soft Skills:**

  • **Presentation Skills:** Proficient in creating and delivering engaging presentations to diverse audiences, both in-person and online.
  • **Technical Skills:** Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM tools is a plus. Familiarity with online chat tools and social media platforms is desirable.
  • **Availability:** Flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings and weekends as required.
