• **Problem Resolution:** Actively listen to customer concerns and provide effective solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

• **Sales Support:** Assist customers with product recommendations and promotions, aiming to maximize sales opportunities and upsell services when appropriate.

• **Data Entry:** Accurately log and maintain customer interactions, feedback, and follow-up actions in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.

• **Collaboration:** Collaborate with team members and various departments to relay customer feedback and improve processes and products.

• **Continuous Improvement:** Stay current with product details, industry trends, and customer service best practices to continuously improve the quality of support provided.

• **Adaptability:** Adjust communication styles to suit various customer personalities and preferences to ensure an impactful and personalized experience.

• **Emotional Intelligence:** Utilize emotional intelligence to assess customer moods and respond appropriately, providing empathy and reassurance to enhance customer interactions.

• **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent; associate?s degree preferred.

• **Experience:** Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in an e-commerce or retail environment.

• **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in using live chat platforms, CRM software, and general computer applications. Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues.

• **Soft Skills:**
• Strong adaptability to manage multiple chat conversations and prioritize tasks effectively.
• High emotional intelligence to connect with customers and understand their feelings and needs.
