What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Handle inbound calls related to refunds from both internal and external customers
• Analyze and evaluate complex refund requests, communicating decisions to customers courteously
• Process and approve customer refunds, calculating appropriate refund amounts
• Make outbound calls to customers as needed to resolve refund requests
• Follow appropriate coding for incoming requests and their dispositions

What is Required (Qualifications):
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in refunds, reservations, customer care, or other customer service roles
• Strong customer service skills with excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Good analytical skills and strong attention to detail
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Associate's degree or higher
• Experience in refunds processing, particularly with international refunds
• Familiarity with EZR, Shares, and RasCAL systems
• Previous experience handling phone calls in a customer service environment
