Responsibilities include, among many others, the following:
? Drafting various documents, including notices, motions, discovery, disclosures, stipulations and dismissals;
? Researching local court rules and federal rules
? Electronic Court filing
? Maintain e-mails and documents as determined by attorney and paralegal;
? Sending and receiving correspondence;
? Reviewing and indexing documents;
? Tracking and calendaring deadlines; and
? Working with existing and potential clients

Qualifications: ? Strong computer skills. ? Proficient with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Foxit/Adobe.
