As a Guest Relations Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Guest Relations team, developing strategies to enhance guest satisfaction, and maintaining the Disney standard of service excellence. You will work closely with other departments to coordinate efforts that enhance guest experiences, address and resolve complaints, and implement feedback mechanisms to improve our service.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership in customer service or hospitality management. ? ? *Responsibilities:**
1. Lead and supervise the Guest Relations team to deliver exceptional customer service and resolve all guest issues promptly.
2. Train and mentor team members, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
3. Develop and implement guest service protocols and standards that align with Disney?s objectives.
4. Collaborate with other departments to facilitate smooth operations and enhance guest experiences across the park.
5. Manage guest feedback processes, including collecting and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement.
6. Handle escalated guest issues with empathy and efficiency, providing solutions that align with company policies while ensuring guest satisfaction.
7. Prepare reports and presentations on guest service activities and outcomes for management review.
? ? *Requirements:**
1. Proven experience in guest relations or customer service management, preferably in the hospitality or entertainment industry.
2. Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a team.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
4. A commitment to delivering high standards of customer service.
5. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
6. Experience in conflict resolution and crisis management.
7. Proficiency in using customer management software and tools.

? Bachelor?s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

? Minimum of 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role within customer service or guest relations, ideally in theme parks, hospitality, or related fields.
