Job Description


Delta Airlines is seeking dynamic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Delta Live Chat Agents. This remote work position offers the opportunity to earn $20 per hour while working from the comfort of your home. As a Delta Live Chat Agent, you will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking assistance with their travel plans, questions, and issues related to Delta Airlines.


In this role, you will use your excellent communication skills to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that each customer interaction is handled efficiently and effectively. You will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, troubleshooting problems, and providing accurate information, all while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.


Responsibilities



  • Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Provide accurate information about Delta Airlines services, policies, and procedures.

  • Assist customers with booking, changing, and canceling flights.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints.

  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.

  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Stay updated on new promotions, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers.


Requirements



  • Must be a resident of the United States.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education preferred.

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in the airline industry.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

  • Proficiency in using computers and live chat software.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.


Educational Qualifications



  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Associate or Bachelor? degree in a related field is preferred but not mandatory.


Experience



  • Prior experience in customer service is required, with a preference for those who have worked in the airline industry.

  • Experience with live chat support is a plus.
