#### Key Responsibilities:

  • **Customer Support:** Interact with customers via live chat, providing immediate and respectful assistance across various inquiries related to PG&E?s services, products, billing, and outages.
  • **Issue Resolution:** Identify customer concerns and troubleshoot issues, using effective problem-solving techniques to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • **Product Knowledge:** Maintain a thorough understanding of PG&E's service offerings, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information and guidance to customers.
  • **Documentation:** Accurately record customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system to ensure proper follow-up and service evaluation.
  • **Feedback Loop:** Collect and document customer feedback and identify trends to report to management, promoting continuous improvement of services.
  • **Team Collaboration:** Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues and improve overall customer experience.
  • **Adherence to Standards:** Follow company protocols and guidelines to uphold a standard of excellence in customer service delivery.

#### Qualifications:

  • **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in a relevant field is a plus.
  • **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field, preferably in a chat or digital communication environment.
