Job Description


Delta Airlines is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to become Live Chat Agents. In this role, you will engage with customers through our live chat platform, addressing their needs, answering questions, and providing solutions in a timely manner. Your ability to communicate effectively and empathize with customers will be key to your success in this position.


Key Responsibilities



  • Assist customers via live chat with inquiries regarding bookings, flight status, baggage policies, and more.

  • Provide accurate information and solutions to customer issues in a timely manner.

  • Document customer interactions and feedback in our system for future reference.

  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues and escalate when necessary.

  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on airline policies and procedures.

  • Achieve performance metrics related to response time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution.


Requirements



  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor?s degree preferred.

  • Proven experience in customer service or a related field.

  • Strong written communication skills and ability to convey information clearly.

  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in using chat software and other digital communication tools.

  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Educational Qualifications
