Position: Verification Case Manager (Healthcare Claims)

Pay: $19/hr. Weekly Pay plus Benefits

Schedule: 8am-9pm EST. M-F (8hr shift scheduled between these hours by client)

Start Date: ETA 10/7* (Start date can change based on client?s needs)

Benefits: WEEKLY PAY, EQUIPMENT PROVIDED, BENEFITS & ABILITY TO WORK FROM HOME

Job Details
? Inbound/outbound calls
? Review pharmacy claims ? Billing, Denials, Status, & Reimbursements
? Request Prior Authorizations ? Coordinate Benefits
? Advocate for patients and their prescriptions.
? Use computer skills for data entry.
? Gather and review patient billing and medical information.
? Operate according to the guidelines of the Federal Health Care Program.
? Work with carriers to ensure coverage of medication on behalf of the patient.

Requirements
? MUST HAVE AT LEAST A YEAR OF MEDICAL CLAIMS, BILLING AND/OR CODING within the last two years. *NO EXCEPTIONS*
? Medical Call Center experience is a plus but not required.
? Must have active internet at home.
? Ability to multi-task and use dual monitors.
? Great work attitude and willingness to help others.
? HS Diploma/Equivalent.
? Must live within with 50 miles of Irving, Texas.
? MUST BE ABLE TO PICK-UP EQUIPMENT IN IRVING, TX! NO EXCEPTIONS!!
