Job Details:

What You'll Do:
? Assess & Evaluate: Conduct virtual assessments to understand students' needs and determine eligibility for special education services.
? Create & Implement: Develop tailored Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) that align with each student?s unique learning goals.
? Teach & Support: Provide engaging instruction and support through our online platform to ensure student progress.
? Collaborate: Work closely with parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure a seamless educational experience.
? Document: Keep precise records of student progress, services provided, and communication.

What We?re Looking For:
? Educational Background: Master?s degree or higher in Special Education or a related field.
? Certification: Valid state teaching certification in Special Education.
? Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a Special Education role.
? Tech Savvy: Comfortable using technology for virtual instruction and assessments.
? Communication Skills: Strong ability to connect and build rapport in a virtual setting.
? Commitment: Dedicated to providing exceptional education and support to students with diverse needs.
