Our **Customer Care... Agents** are key to providing customers with our service and product information. ? *The Successful Customer Care Agent will:** ? Manage and resolve customer inquiries by using available resources to research required information ? Update job knowledge by studying changes as released by the field and participate in educational opportunities ? Accurately process payments and answer billing inquiries ? Influence customer to recognize the value in remaining or becoming a Rollins customer and offer solutions that meet their current needs ? Develop and maintain positive business relationships with customers ? Handle customer information responsibly and ensure customers privacy as per FCC regulations ? *We Offer** ? We require ability to pass a drug screen and background check. Must pass pre-employment skill set assessment.
