The Role: As our Educational Podcaster, you will play a crucial role in developing and producing engaging podcast content that resonates with educators and school leaders across the UK. This role involves:
?Presenting and Producing: You will be the voice of School Jotter, presenting and producing compelling podcasts that highlight innovative educational practices and insights from the field.
?Scheduling: You will organise interviews and manage the podcast calendar to ensure a regular release of episodes that align with our editorial standards and audience interests.
?Interviewing: Conduct in-depth interviews with a diverse range of educational professionals, including headteachers and subject matter experts, to extract valuable insights and stories.

About the Role

Requirements: ?Proven experience in podcasting or a related field such as radio broadcasting or audio production. ?Excellent communication skills, with a clear and engaging presentation style. ?Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. ?Technical proficiency with podcasting equipment and audio editing software. ?A background in education or journalism is highly advantageous.
