We are looking for an experienced SAP Record to Report (R2R) Consultant to join our dynamic team. It's remote work (CST hours).

You will:
? Manage support tickets, implement enhancements, and ensure the efficient operation of our SAP R2R processes.

You have:
? 5 years of experience in Record to Report SAP or SAP R2R module (GL Accounting, Closing, Consolidation & Reporting).
? You will also have Localization experience (local needs around tax and statutory reporting)

Responsibilities:

Support & Incident Management:
? Manage and resolve support tickets related to SAP R2R.
? Troubleshoot and provide solutions for incidents in a timely manner.
? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.

Enhancements & Process Improvements:
? Implement and manage system enhancements using SAP.
? Identify opportunities for improving SAP processes and system usage.
? Conduct analysis and provide recommendations for enhancement requests.

Documentation & Training:
? Document solutions and processes in detail.
? Train end-users and provide clear usage guidelines.
? Maintain up-to-date documentation for reference.

Project Participation:
? Participate in SAP R2R project implementations.
? Collaborate with project teams to transition projects into operations.
? Support the SAP R2R module with testing and integration activities.

Skills & Qualifications: ? Proficiency in SAP R2R (Record to Report) module. ? Experience with SAP FI/CO (Financial Accounting and Controlling). ? Strong understanding of SAP transport management and change control.

Professional Experience:
? At least 5 years of experience in SAP R2R support and enhancement roles.
? Demonstrated experience in managing SAP support tickets and enhancements.
? Experience with SAP upgrades and new implementations is a plus.

Soft Skills:
? Excellent problem-solving skills.

Ability To Speak Both English And Portuguese Is Preferred
? Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
? Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Educational Requirements: ? Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field. ? SAP certification in Record to Report or Financials preferred.
