Key Responsibilities
? Develop, manage, and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various advertising platforms for multiple clients.
? Execute and optimize paid search and social media advertising campaigns on platforms including Google, Meta (Facebook, Instagram), and TikTok.
? Monitor campaign performance metrics such as return-on-ad-spend (ROAS) and cost-per-acquisition (CPA), proposing and executing optimization strategies to meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs).
? Analyze traffic performance using tools such as Google Analytics, offering ongoing optimization recommendations.
? Generate and evaluate campaign performance reports to share insights with relevant stakeholders.
? Gather and prepare research insights to inform ongoing media purchasing recommendations.
? Manage budget allocations and bidding parameters to achieve optimal results.
? Foster strong relationships with media and technology vendors, serving as a resource for industry insights and trends.
? Engage in continuous learning to keep abreast of emerging bidding, ad placement, and management techniques.
? Collaborate closely with internal and external creative teams to produce innovative media assets.
? Participate in determining budget allocations across various channels and platforms.

Required Skills
? Extensive experience in digital advertising, including campaign setup, optimization, and performance reporting across paid search and social platforms.
? Strong understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem, particularly how media buying integrates within it.
? Proficiency in using Google Ads, Facebook/Meta ads, and TikTok advertising platforms.
? Exceptional organizational, tactical, analytical, and communication skills, along with advanced Excel capabilities.

Qualifications
? A minimum of 1 year of experience with Google Ads is required.
? Recommended 1 year of experience in Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads.
