Job Title: Zscaler Trainer (ZIA & GZPA)

Working Hours: Weekdays - 1 hour/day, Weekends - 2 hours/day

Job Description:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Zscaler Trainer to conduct part-time training sessions for our team on Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Global ZPA Access (GZPA) tools. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Zscaler products and a strong ability to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical learners.

Key Responsibilities: ? Conduct training sessions: Deliver structured training on Zscaler tools, primarily ZIA and GZPA, in a clear and engaging manner. ? Create training materials: Prepare and update training documentation, presentations, and other learning resources to support training sessions. ? Monitor learner progress: Track participants' understanding and adjust training sessions as necessary. ? Answer queries: Provide support and answer technical questions related to ZIA and GZPA tools. ? Offer practical demonstrations: Guide learners through practical exercises to demonstrate the use and features of Zscaler products. ? Provide feedback: Offer constructive feedback to trainees to help them improve their proficiency with the tools.

Requirements: ? In-depth knowledge of Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Global ZPA Access (GZPA). ? Proven experience in delivering technical training, ideally in a part-time or flexible capacity. ? Strong communication skills, with the ability to break down complex technical concepts for a variety of audiences. ? Comfortable using virtual platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams) to conduct remote training. ? Strong organizational skills to manage training schedules and materials.

Desired Skills:
? Certification or proven expertise in Zscaler tools (ZIA, GZPA).
? Experience with enterprise-level security tools or cloud-based security services.
? Previous experience in a teaching or mentoring role.

Job Types: Part-time, Freelance

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
