Overview: Our client seeks a Workday Test Analyst to perform testing and analysis tasks on the overall architecture of hardware, software, and networking systems. Develop, implement, and maintain test plans and procedures for system integration. Perform usability testing for total system performance, reliability, scalability, and security. Maintain a record of test progress and test results. Conducts routine tasks as directed. You will be closely supervised with little latitude for independent judgment. Job Requirements: Good... understanding of Workday and business process configurations Manage all Workday testing in coordination with HR Systems SMEs: Workday/CSL releases, Year-End, HR key initiatives Identifying test scenarios and creating test scripts for end-to-end testers Support Unit testing from a systems perspective Defining the appropriate tests required and any associated Test Data Gathering and managing the Test Data Prepare Test Kick Off presentations/demonstrations for end-to-end testers Evaluating the outcome of each test script and determining true defect vs tester error Be available for end to end testers (answer questions, clarify scripts and provide additional test data when needed) Present testing statuses to core HRIS Technology Team and/or Project Team Partner with HR Systems Reporting on testing reports tied to releases or projects Will act as key contributor on HR System implementation projects Serve as back up HR Technology Analyst Education: Must have a 4-year degree. ?
