Are you an experienced Workday professional looking to lead a team and drive impactful client solutions? Join our team as a Workday Finance & Grants Lead to work with government and higher education clients, ensuring high-quality delivery and compliance with requirements.

What You'll Do: ? Lead a team of 3 Workday consultants and collaborate directly with the client. ? Ensure client requirements are understood, met, and effectively implemented. ? Review testing processes and oversee requirements gathering and validation. ? Drive Workday implementations for Finance and Grants Management and related modules. What We're Looking For: ? Workday Certification in Finance and Grants (active certification required). ? 3-5 years of experience in Workday Grants Management, Finance, and Projects. ? Proven ability to lead teams and work directly with clients in dynamic environments. ? strong skills in requirements analysis and testing processes. ?
