What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Meet monthly and weekly enrollment goals through qualified leads via phone, online chats, and emails
? Make outbound calls to follow up on leads and achieve sales targets
? Conduct outreach for new pool openings and engage returning customers
? Provide accurate product and service information to customers
? Process payments and maintain customer account information accurately

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? Enthusiastic personality with strong communication and consultative sales skills
? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adhere to scheduled shifts
? Competency with phone systems and online platforms, including Excel and Google Suite
? Fluency in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus
? Availability to work weekday and weekend shifts as the call center operates seven days a week
