Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 9 AM ? 5 PM EST

Responsibilities:

1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.

2. Provide troubleshooting assistance for Apple products.

3. Guide customers through product setup and usage.

4. Resolve technical issues promptly and efficiently.

5. Document and track customer interactions.

6. Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

7. Escalate complex issues to higher-level support when necessary.

8. Stay updated with Apple product knowledge and company policies.
