Job Description:

As a CVS Call Center Agent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive customer experience.   • Assist customers in placing orders, processing returns, and handling billing inquiries.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records of conversations.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and their needs are met.
  • Collaborate with other team members and departments to improve service delivery.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Proficient in using computers and navigating various software applications.
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed.

Educational Qualifications:
