We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales-Focused Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at The US Home Pro. This role is perfect for those who thrive in sales environments and are eager to drive business growth through excellent customer engagement. As a Sales-Focused Customer Service Representative, you will not only act as a liaison and provide product/service information but also be driven to convert customer interactions into sales opportunities.

The ideal candidate is not just excited to help but also motivated to generate leads and achieve sales targets. With your patience, empathy, and excellent communicative skills, you will be adept at understanding customer needs and offering solutions that meet their demands. You will advocate for the customers and leverage customer feedback to drive sales and improve product offerings. Your problem-solving skills will not just solve customer issues but also identify and capitalize on upselling opportunities.

Additionally, you will participate in weekend events such as free giveaways (coffee and donuts, hot dogs, ice cream, etc.) to enhance brand visibility and further engage with potential customers.

Compensation: Our competitive compensation plan is geared towards individuals who want their paycheck to reflect their hard work. While you have the opportunity to earn substantially based on your sales performance, we also provide a guaranteed base pay to ensure financial stability.

Responsibilities: ? Generate and follow up on sales leads. ? Identify customer needs to achieve satisfaction and drive sales. ? Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication. ? Provide accurate, valid, and complete product/service information using the right methods/tools to boost sales. ? Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets. ? Maintain records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents. ? Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure consistency and quality of service and sales. ? Go the extra mile to engage customers and secure sales. ? Actively participate in promotional events and giveaways on weekends.

Skills:
? Proven experience in customer support with a strong focus on sales.
? Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
? Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
? Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively to meet sales goals.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 20 per week
