Part-Time, Remote

Weekend Hours: Saturday and Sunday, 9 AM ? 5 PM (EST)

Responsibilities

? Provide exceptional customer service via email, chat, and phone

? Assist in data entry and management tasks

? Conduct market research as directed

? Collaborate with team members on various projects

? Maintain accurate and up-to-date records

? Create and edit documents and presentations

? Support social media and marketing initiatives

? Troubleshoot and resolve minor technical issues
