Key Responsibilities
? Monitor and respond to customer inquiries via live chat on our website in a friendly and professional manner
? Provide accurate information about our products, services, and promotions to assist customers in their purchasing decisions
? Engage with website visitors to understand their needs and guide them to appropriate resources
? Document customer interactions and feedback to help improve our services
? Work collaboratively with the customer service and sales teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements
