Bladen Community College is seeking a dedicated and skilled Webmaster to manage, maintain, and enhance the college's website. This position is integral to supporting the college's mission of investing in students and the community. The Webmaster will collaborate closely with the Vice President for Institutional Advancement and Community Relations, as well as various campus departments, to ensure that the website aligns with the college's goals and brand strategy. The role requires a proactive individual who is passionate about the college's mission and committed to professional development and lifelong learning. The Webmaster will oversee the day-to-day management of the website, ensuring its functionality, design, and user experience are optimized. Responsibilities include creating workflows for website requests, monitoring website performance and security, updating content, and maintaining a consistent look and feel across all pages. The Webmaster will also implement search engine optimization strategies to enhance organic traffic and ensure compliance with relevant laws and accessibility standards. Responsibilities

Requirements
? Proficiency in WordPress or other website management software.

? Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter).

? Current skills as evidenced by industry-recognized IT certifications.
