As a Content Moderator at Wayfair, you will be responsible for ensuring that the content on our platform adheres to company guidelines and standards. You will review user-generated content, monitor online community interactions, and take appropriate action to maintain a positive and safe online environment. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in content moderation. ? Maintain detailed and accurate records of moderation activities.

Requirements: ? High school diploma or equivalent. ? Strong attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies. ? Excellent written and verbal communication skills. ? Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. ? Familiarity with online community platforms and social media. ? Basic computer skills and proficiency with internet navigation. ? Ability to handle sensitive and potentially distressing content.

Educational Qualifications: ? High school diploma or equivalent required. ? Additional certifications or coursework in communications, media, or related fields are a plus.

Experience:
? Previous experience in content moderation, customer service, or related fields is beneficial but not required.
