Job Description

Requirements
? High school diploma or equivalent
? Proven customer service experience, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment
? Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
? Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
? Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
? Proficiency in using computers and navigating various software applications
? Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities
? Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
? Resolve customer issues, including product returns, replacement requests, and billing inquiries
? Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to effectively assist customers
? Document and update customer interactions and transactions in the company database
? Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
? Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response time and customer satisfaction ratings
