Job Description

As a Virtual Nurse Liaison, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between patients and healthcare providers, offering a seamless and patient-centric experience. This remote position provides the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home while making a significant impact on patient care.

Requirements

• Valid Nursing License (RN or LPN)


• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Proficiency with telehealth platforms and electronic health records (EHRs)


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team


• Strong organizational and time-management skills


• Comfortable using technology and digital communication tools

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual consultations with patients to assess their healthcare needs


• Coordinate care and communicate with healthcare providers, specialists, and pharmacies


• Educate patients on their conditions, treatments, and medications


• Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and their families


• Document patient interactions and update EHRs accurately and promptly


• Participate in ongoing training and professional development


• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and company policies

Educational Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution


• Additional certifications in telehealth or related fields are a plus

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in a virtual or telehealth setting


• Experience with case management or care coordination is a plus
