(Virtual) Medical Office Receptionist

Role Overview: This position will play a crucial role in our client and patient engagement and appointment scheduling process. This individual will be responsible for managing practice and patient communications, confirming eligibility for treatments, booking in-office appointments, and handling sensitive information. Additionally, the coordinator will work on nurturing leads to ensure patients are guided through the process to redeem their treatments.
Key Responsibilities: ? Patient Communication: ?... Call patients at their requested times to confirm eligibility for various treatments. ? Schedule and book in-office appointments based on phone consultations. ? Handle sensitive patient information, including credit card numbers for deposits, with the utmost confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations. ? Lead Management: ? Work through a list of leads, engaging with patients who have not booked a phone consultation. ? Nurture leads by following up with text messages and phone calls throughout the week. ? Aim to convert leads into scheduled appointments by providing detailed information and assistance. ? During down hours with patients the appointment setter will be contacting medical practices interested in signing up for our program to assist them in growing their practice and getting the same appointments you?ll be booking for our portfolio ? Follow-Up: ? Ensure timely follow-up with practices and patients to confirm appointments and answer any questions. ? Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and updates in the scheduling system. ? Collaboration: ? Work closely with the medical spa team to ensure seamless patient experiences. ? Communicate any patient concerns or feedback to the relevant staff members. ? Work with growth team in strategizing ways to decrease no show rates to phone bookings and in office bookings (your feedback and skillset is important!)
Qualifications: ? Bachelors or College degree (with focus in health & wellness preferred) ? Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a medical or spa setting. ? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ? Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. ? Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. ? Proficiency in using scheduling and CRM software. ? Ability to work independently and as part of a team. ? Strong follow-up skills and persistence in lead nurturing. ? High energy, bubbly personality with a focus on giving patients a warm, welcoming, and exciting first impression!

Availability: Throughout standard US hours.
Base Salary: Starting at $10/hour ($30-$40/Hour OTE)
Commission Incentives:
? $20 for every booked appointment you make from our lead list (high volume).
? $10 for every booked appointment you make from phone consults requested by patients (high volume)
? $50 for every booked appointment from our list of practices that inquire to partner with us (this list is extremely warm and engaging!)
Location: Remote, USA (Must reside in the US).
