Location: Remote (Ohio-based)

Responsibilities
? Conduct virtual assessments and screenings to identify students? academic strengths and areas for improvement.
? Develop and implement individualized intervention plans to support students? academic, social, and emotional development.
? Provide direct intervention services through teletherapy platforms, using evidence-based practices and strategies.
? Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to monitor student progress and adjust interventions as necessary.
? Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings, contributing to the creation and implementation of student goals and accommodations.
? Maintain accurate documentation of interventions, progress monitoring data, and communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications
? Bachelor?s or Master?s degree in Special Education or a related field.
? Valid Ohio state license or certification as an Intervention Specialist.
? Previous experience working with students with diverse learning needs, preferably in a teletherapy or virtual setting.
? Strong understanding of educational interventions and strategies to support students with disabilities.
? Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, families, and colleagues.
? Proficiency in using teletherapy platforms and technology to deliver services remotely.
