Job Title: Virtual Customer Support - Entry Level

Key Responsibilities: ? Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and live chat, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly ? Assist clients with travel bookings, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and special requests ? Maintain accurate records of client preferences, travel plans, and itineraries ? Coordinate scheduling for travel consultations and manage the calendar for the agency ? Process payments, issue invoices, and track client accounts ? Support the agency with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining internal databases ? Research travel destinations, accommodations, and activities to support clients? needs ? Work closely with the travel agents and management to ensure seamless operations

Qualifications: ? Previous experience in customer service, administrative roles, or the travel industry preferred ? Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines ? Excellent verbal and written communication skills ? Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with travel booking software is a plus ? Self-motivated, reliable, and capable of working independently in a remote environment ? A passion for travel and helping others plan their perfect getaway
