    Job Description:We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our accounting firm. The ideal candidate will assist in obtaining warm leads and supporting our business development efforts.   • Conduct research to identify potential clients and warm leads in the accounting industry.
  • Utilize various online platforms and databases to gather contact information and relevant details.
  • Reach out to potential clients via email and social media to introduce our services and schedule meetings.
  • Maintain and update our CRM system with accurate and up-to-date lead information.
  • Assist in creating and sending follow-up emails and newsletters to nurture leads.
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement lead generation strategies.
    • Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role, preferably in lead generation or sales support.
  • Strong research skills and the ability to identify and qualify potential leads.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other lead generation tools.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
