Key Responsibilities
? Administrative Support:
? Manage executive calendars, appointments, and schedules.
? Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.
? Communication Management:
? Draft, edit, and organize emails and reports on behalf of executives.
? Respond promptly to client and internal communication.
? Project Coordination:
? Assist in the preparation of meetings, including agendas and presentations.
? Oversee small-scale projects and ensure deadlines are met.
? Data Management:
? Maintain accurate records and organize digital files.
? Compile data for reports and presentations.

Qualifications
? Education: High school diploma required; Associate?s or Bachelor?s degree preferred.
? Experience:
? At least 2 years of experience in executive support or administrative assistance.
? Proven track record of remote or virtual work is a plus.
? Skills:
? Strong written and verbal communication.
? Proficient in MS Office Suite and virtual collaboration tools (Zoom, Slack, etc.).
? Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
