As the Vice President of Wholesaler Strategy and Channel Management at Managed Health Care Associates (MHA Inc), you will be responsible for enterprise level engagement with National Wholesalers, Regional Wholesaler and Specialty Distributors by developing and implementing strategic initiatives to optimize current and future partnerships that drive enterprise growth. You will oversee the overall value creation and management of our wholesaler and distributor program by ensuring seamless functioning of these contractual relationships and enhance new and innovative opportunities to maximize market presence and drive revenue. Your expertise will be instrumental in achieving the company's objectives and maintaining its position as a leader in the healthcare industry while simultaneously producing accretive value to MHA members, our wholesaler partners and the organization overall.

What You?ll Be Doing:

Develop and Implement Wholesaler Strategy: Formulate comprehensive wholesaler strategies for the enterprise?s business goals and objectives including negotiation strategies for the ever-evolving post-acute care industry.

Market Analysis and Research: Conduct market research to identify potential market segments, competitive landscapes, industry trends, and customer preferences. These insights will help maximize revenue in current wholesaler relationships, expand opportunities, and improve internal and external operations. Utilize data-driven insights to inform channel strategies and decision-making that will guide expansion across the enterprise.

Performance: Evaluate the performance of existing relationships (main line and specialty wholesalers, distributors) for optimized performance to strategy. Identify and monitor areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Manage and refine KPIs for continuous improvement and growth.

Partnership Management: Strengthen executive-level relationships with existing wholesalers and distributors while identifying new partners and negotiating agreements to expand the company's channel network.

Sales and Revenue Growth: Execute commercialization strategies for current and future programs while developing best in class programs and campaigns designed to elevate channel performance, drive segment revenue growth through collaboration with wholesalers.

Risk Management, Regulatory and Compliance: Identify risks and challenges associated with wholesaler operations. Implement risk mitigation strategies to safeguard business and customer interests. Ensure all wholesaler operations adhere to applicable industry regulations and standards.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various internal departments, including marketing, finance, and operations, to align wholesaler strategies with overall business objectives for efficient operations.

Budget and Resource Management: Develop and manage budgets for the wholesaler segment. Effectively, allocate internal resources effectively to achieve desired outcomes within financial constraints ensuring targets are met or exceeded.

What You?ll Bring to the Table:
? Bachelor?s degree in business administration, Marketing, Pharmacy, Healthcare, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
? Minimum of 10 years of experience in wholesaler, channel management, business development, or related roles within the healthcare industry. Healthcare experience could include any number of segments, including biopharmaceuticals, pharmaceuticals, data aggregation, pharmacy benefit management, and group purchasing.
? Proven track record managing a business development process that will include a net revenue line across a complex matrixed environment.
? Relationship-building and maintenance skills with external and internal business partners.
? Proven experience in leading and managing teams.
